A recent technical survey of the fluid control industry indicates that low-pressure valves, as fundamental on-off components for water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation, light manufacturing, stationery processing, and small fluid equipment pipe networks, deliver core functions including stable pressure regulation and safe pressure relief suitable for low-pressure working conditions. They serve as irreplaceable key parts for all types of industrial fluid systems, widely applied across the full chain of civil infrastructure and small-to-medium industrial production.
In stationery workshops, commercial HVAC systems, residential water supply and drainage pipelines, and small water/gas supply equipment, pipe networks operate continuously under low pressure with frequent fluctuations in water and gas pressure, which may easily trigger hidden dangers such as pipeline pressure buildup, medium leakage, and equipment overload. Low-pressure valves can precisely regulate medium flow within the 0–1.6 MPa low-pressure range, integrating three functions: on-off switching, automatic pressure relief, and pressure stabilization buffering. They effectively offset pipeline damage caused by water hammer impacts and air pressure fluctuations, preventing pipe bursts and medium leakage risks.
